This Privacy Policy explains how Axis Real Estate LLC (“Axis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through axisrelv.com (the “Site”). It is provided in part to meet Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you use our contact form or contact an agent, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of property you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services you request.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. We only text you if you check the consent box on our form or otherwise agree, and you can reply STOP at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors use it.
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.
Who we share it with
- Our licensed agents and staff, so the right person can help you.
- Service providers that help us run the business and the Site, such as website hosting, form processing, email, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Other parties to a real estate transaction you take part in (for example lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors), when you ask us to.
- Government authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party tracking
Our hosting and analytics providers may collect information about your visits to the Site. Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to review, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing info@axisrelv.com or calling (702) 480-8182.
- Nevada residents: you may submit a request directing us not to sell your covered information, even though we do not currently sell it, by emailing info@axisrelv.com. We will respond within 60 days.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the link in the email, and out of texts by replying STOP.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by Nevada real estate recordkeeping rules.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and material changes will be noted on the Site.
